Mill Valley

This sometimes overlooked Mill Valley neighborhood is a little removed from the main approaches to downtown, but as you explore it you realize why people love it. The weather is great and it’s a quick drive to the freeway. Homes are generally a mix of 60s and 70s mixed in with some custom homes. The homes that are on the southwest side of the hill have great views and all day sun yet can be a bit windy in the summer months. At the top of the ridge is access to open space. Mt. Tamalpais School, a K-8 nonsectarian private school is located here in a beautiful knolltop setting.
