Stephanie Wickham Witt – 4th Generation Mill Valley:

Stephanie Wickham Witt brings a unique combination of historical and cutting edge experience to the Marin County Real Estate Market:  15 years of listing and selling homes in Marin and a 4th generation Mill Valley pedigree. In 1989, Stephanie joined Frank Howard Allen Realtors, achieving top producer status for both the company and all of Mill Valley, solidifying her induction into the prestigious Hall of Fame. In addition to her Top 10 ranking, Stephanie became a member of the President’s Circle of Excellence and was named Most Referred Agent by her peers, showcasing her ability to succeed in all echelons of the business.

Giving back to the community is also a high priority. An immediate past President and still active board member of the Chamber of Commerce for 8 years, Stephanie has also embraced her love of history by occupying the same seat for the Mill Valley Historical Society Board. Her well-rounded and media savvy perspective stems from close to two decades of retail business experience, culminating in owning and operating 5 tennis shops in Hawaii. She further capitalized on these ventures by teaming up with her tennis Pro husband and then Wimbledon Champion, John Newcombe to form “Newk’s Hawaii”, a full service tennis resort/tennis shop management company. A true renaissance woman, Stephanie switched gears to pursue 6 years in the television/entertainment industry, beginning as a location scout in Hawaii, and working her way up to producer of several live TV shows with the CBS and NBC affiliates. An Associate Producer job for the popular series Evening Magazine brought her back to the mainland, where the development of a real estate magazine TV show inspired her to get her real estate license and successfully change careers once again. This third time has proved to be her ultimate charm.

With her move to Pacific Union in 2005, Stephanie brings with her a wealth of experience, extraordinary level of customer care, integrity, and a top-notch team to add up to unparalleled  5-Star service and a continually growing list of satisfied clients.

Marion Horwitz – Administrative Assistant/Escrow Coordinator:

A Notary and Real Estate Assistant/Transaction coordinator, Marion Horwitz has worked with Stephanie for the last 5 years. A San Francisco native,  Marion’s airline industry career allowed her to travel the world extensively, living abroad in Germany for 10 years. She returned  to the US and the SF Bay Area, continuing to work for Lufthansa German Airlines in Sales, Supervising and as an Administrative Assistant to the SFO Station Manager.  Her real estate experience includes purchasing property in Germany, the SF Peninsula, and lastly investment and primary residence properties in the North Bay.  Marion is dedicated  to providing  sincere service to ensure the buying or selling experience will be a positive one for all of Stephanie’s clients.

Gail Johnston – Associate and Buyers’ Agent:

Gail Johnston recently joined Pacific Union and Stephanie as a Buyers’ Agent, after an extensive career in sales, marketing, and management with IBM Corporation. During her tenure at IBM Corporation, Gail held positions as a Senior Client Executive, Marketing Manager and Western Region Product Manager.  She was consistently ranked in the top percentages of performance in every position and finished her career as the #1 Regional Product Manager in her division. Committed to excellence and integrity, Gail gets results for her clients by being highly organized, detail-oriented, diplomatic and responsive. Equipped with marketing, negotiation and communication skills developed through years of sales experience, she is prepared to handle any situation on her clients’ behalf.

Currently a resident of Tiburon, Gail has lived in Marin County since 1973 and has in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. In addition, she has personally bought and sold eight homes in California. Gail uses her extensive experience to educate her clients about the buying and selling process and to bring each transaction to a successful close.

Cory Witt – Agent,
Cory Reed Witt was born and raised in Hawaii, yet all his family roots are based in Mill Valley and the surrounding area. Being the son of Stephanie Wickham Witt has given Cory unique insight into the Real Estate market here. Cory brings with him several years of experience plus several years in real estate and the mortgage business. He is able to act as a backup and to answer various mortgage questions. 

Julia Corona – Escrow Officer:

Julia started her career in Sacramento 35 years ago.  The first day as an escrow secretary, she was so impressed with the escrow officers and their knowledge, she knew then, that she wanted to emulate them and close escrows.  Her experience in the industry included working escrows for a Real Estate Attorney abroad.  Eventually she relocated to Marin County.  She has provided exceptional and professional service to all realtors, loan brokers, buyers and sellers.  “I never worry about my escrow falling apart when it is in Julia’s capable hands.  Fidelity is lucky to have one of the best in the industry.” –Stephanie Witt
